Doncaster Writers' Group invites you to read something aloud in front of a crowd of people!
This Friday! Come one, come all to The Leopard on the 27th of January from 7:30 pm til 10. It is a great opportunity to get that secret poem you hid in that drawer out and heard by complete strangers! And not just poems, either: you are welcome to bring an excerpt from a book you've written or a story that moves you. Bring it and yourself along and let it be heard.
If you are in Doncaster or nearby, please come along and help support local writerly art. The Leopard has been refurbished and is now a family-oriented establishment and has been very kind to lend us a stage and a mic for this exciting event.
The Doncaster Open Mic Event is expected to run the last Friday of every month.
